Liability for contents
The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents.

The applicant has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions:

A withdrawal or cancellation must always be declared in writing. Depending on when the withdrawal is made, the organizer will charge a fee for this. The applicant is free to prove that no damage or reduction in value has been incurred at all or that it is significantly lower than the fee charged.

In the event of withdrawal/cancellation, the following amount will be charged or retained:
⇒ from the date of registration to 29 days before the start of the event : 250 € processing fee.
⇒                                                28 to 15 days before the start of the event: 25% of the participation fee.
⇒                                                     14 - 8 days before the start of the event: 50% of the participation fee.
⇒                                         7 days or more before the start of the event: 100% of the participation fee.

The cancellation fee will not be charged if a substitute person is named. This reregistration also requires the written form and is to be made by the original registrant. The original registrant remains obligated to pay the participation fee to the organizer until the change has been made.
