• Wie findet der Kurs statt?

  Zu den vorgesehenen Zeiten trifft sich ein Trainer mit dir über Zoom und ihr könnt dann gemeinsam die Inhalte erarbeiten. Dazu solltest du dir einen ungestörten Platz mit einer guten Internetverbindung suchen.

• Bin ich alleine mit dem Trainer?

  Im Normalfall bestehen unsere Kurse aus ca. 2-5 Teilnehmern. Dies bietet sowohl den Vorteil, dass unser Trainer sich genug Zeit für die Fragen der Gruppe nehmen können, als auch dass ihr euch jederzeit austauschen und zusammen lernen könnt.

• Wie ist das Verhältnis zwischen Theorie und Praxis in den Kursen?

  In unseren Kursen ist es uns wichtig, dass unsere Teilnehmer die theoretischen Informationen, die vermittelt werden, auch anwenden können. Deshalb bauen wir viele praktische Übungen im Verlauf des Kurses ein.

• Welche Qualifikationen bringen die Trainer der Kurse mit?

  Education check NRW The education voucher is aimed at all persons (especially employees and those returning to work) who meet the eligibility requirements. The amount of the grant is 50% of the total cost, maximum 500,-€. The education voucher is issued as part of a personal consultation in authorized counseling centers. Submit it to us before the start of the further education and only pay the own contribution yourself, done! You can find more information here->

  Educational leave is the right to 5 days of professional development per calendar year, each year anew. So if you work in a state with an educational leave law (which is all except Saxony and Bavaria), you are basically entitled to it.
